Mr. Mark McClinton is Founder & President of Warehouse Expert.  Mr. McClinton has worked with warehouse management on many different levels to solve numerous issue's from high warehouse overhead to vast company growth problems.

"I have personally designed numerous warehouse solutions to improve turn around times and save money on excess expenditures within. I will come to the table as a shareholder not just any consultant."

Since 1982, Mr. McClinton has designed, developed and maintained warehouses from the smallest level to the largest military projects. Some are single warehouse projects others are multiple warehouses designed and built in various locations across the country.  This extensive experience has allowed him to develop a company with a specialized niche in warehouse perfection and a complete turnkey operation for maximum performance.

The overall strength of the Warehouse Expert is bringing a wide variety of practical experiences and ideas for improving order fulfillment, fulfillment center design and planning, customer service, forecasting and inventory management along with understanding the utilization and maximizing the cubed space of your warehouse.

Mr. McClinton's personal strengths are in working with all levels of management and end users to define their needs and to develop cost effective solutions to all issues and make sure your company has a return on investment to be proud of.  Mr. McClinton takes warehouse consulting very seriously and works with you to develop a plan of action to make you profitable within the warehouse environment. 

Mr. McClinton's warehousing experience started in 1982 with the Canadian Military and the implementation and fast paced environment developed skills in the industry that are found in few. After numerous training courses his attributes lead to full warehouse design within the military and large scale projects completed on a national scale which are still being used today for quick deployment and readiness to precise functional SKU management. Mr. McClinton also introduced the SAP implementation into the military and trained thousands of DND employees on the system.

After retirement from the military in 2000 he moved into system design and sales for warehouses in Toronto. Working directly with a design team on mezzanine design, conveyor systems to push back and flow systems all the way down to shelving requirements for small warehouses, he was able to help many establishments increase warehouse capabilities along with increasing revenues. During this time he also kept very active with military contracts and warehouse design for operations such as 8 Wing Trenton, CFB Borden, CFB Petawawa and London.
